Colorbond Single Gate Assembly Guide


Cut 1 x 2350mm rail into 2 x sections at 805mm wide to suit the width of 1 x Colorbond sheet 

Slide both rails onto 1 of the gate stiles, then insert the Colorbond sheet

Insert the second gate stile into the top and bottom rail to finish assembling the gate, then use 2 x 12-14x20 tek screws in each corner of the gate to hold the gate together (do this on both sides of the gate)

The width of the assembled gate is normally 875mm wide, which suits an opening in between the gate posts of 905mm
